Do AOL plaques come with hooks?
Yes, we place hooks on all plaques orders unless specified.
How big are the AOL plaques?
Dimensions are 24" Long , 5.5" Tall, and .75" Thick
What materials are used?
At our company, we use only the highest quality materials for our plaques. Our plaques are made from New Zealand pine, and we carefully select the species to ensure the best possible quality. The wood we use is generally 99.9% knot free, which means that it is incredibly smooth and free of imperfections.
Do you offer discounts for larger orders?
We will only consider discounts on orders over 30 plaques and that they do not require hand painting of any symbols. This would apply to our Stain and Clear-coat and Raw woods options only.
What stain do you use?
We generally use Minwax - Gunstock, but we do not like to waste stain and we like to save money just like you do, so sometimes orders will very in shades. We make sure all orders are consistent. Wood species will also play a roll in how the stain is absorbed. Also remember these are hand stained and painted. We can do a custom stain on request.
Do you sell arrows to go with the AOL plaques?
At the moment, we do not.

What if a long names does not fit?
Generally most names will fit on the AOL Plaques. Abbreviations will be made to middle names if needed.
What if my plaques arrive unpainted?
With all of the tech and machinery we use, mistakes happen. We will do our best to remedy the situation.
What if a spelling error has happened?
If you have sent us the wrong spelling and the sign has been cut there is not much we can do you will have to order a new plaque. However, if it is our mistake we will replace it ASAP. If the replacement will not get there in time for your ceremony, please tell the Scout it is on it's way.
Hooks where not attached to the plaque.
As of March 1rst, 2019 we will only be pre-drilling the holes and including hooks. We had to many plaques damaged during shipping.

Stain color and Shade
Plaques will not always match, your Your Scouts are all very different sometimes shades of stains veries, the variables are to many to list. This mostly pertains to plaques orders at different times. But nothing is guaranteed.
All of our products at Trilogy Aspects are individually hand made or hand crafted, they are one of a kind creations. As a result products will have subtle variations from one piece to the next, caused by variations in the wood as well as the hand crafting.
The images, descriptions and measurements you will find on our site have been used to best portray the products we sell. We must advise that although we try our upmost to remain completely honest, the information due to the nature of our products can not be 100% accurate.
We like to celebrate the unique nature of each and every single product we sell. As well as the desirability that goes with the knowledge that you are buying a one off, hand crafted item. The plaques are not perfect, neither are my children. If you look for flaws you will find them, as they are hand finished.
Lost in Transit or Slower shipping than USPS stated.
Things happen, weather, fires, upset postal workers having a bad day. Therefore, It will always be our recommendation that you should have a second ceremony date as a backup plan. We are NOT an Amazon company, remaking lost shipments sets our company back and raises prices on your end. We will do everything we can to get you replacements in a reasonable time frame, but can not guarantee the original date you may need them. Like myself and other Scouters please be flexible.
